Ritam Meditations is a “Training of Meditation Instructors” program through which we offer to empower wellness champions with the knowledge and skills to first learn to meditate themselves and then share these valuable life saving tools with others under their care.
Through meditation and service, we support participants to enhance their physical, mental, moral, and spiritual health.
RitamWellbeing Services
We aim to design and deliver online courses, podcasts and social networking to train five categories of wellbeing instructors who can support their communities to be more resilient, connected, poised in the midst of daily challenges and aspire to realise their highest spiritual potential.

Communities and social service organisations need to be resilient themselves in order to serve others They may register and manage their own groups to promote the wellbeing of their members using our wellness resources.

Doctors, nurses, health coaches, counsellors, etc. may use our meditation based wellness resources to empower their patients to manage their wellbeing better. You can personally manage and supervise your patient groups.

Ritam Wellness is our podcast of discussions to share the Vedanta teachings and meditation to empower individuals for the promotion of our wellbeing. Our aim is to make meditation non-religious, enjoyable, simple, relevant and easily accessible to all.
